Age 26, of Mount Lebanon, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, June 29, 2015. Loving son of Lawrence W. and Renee A. (Fridey) Orlowski; cherished brother Max A. and Brant A.; grandson of the late Lawrence R. and Bernadine (Kutzler) Orlowski; Charles K. and Theresa (Antonietta) Fridey; nephew of Bonnie and Bob Romanosky; Ken and Annette Fridey; Dave and Kelly Fridey; Bob and Sharon Orlowski; also survived by many loving cousins. Chad was a kind and gentle soul with a joyful innocent smile. He attended the Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children most of his life and eventually the Allegheny Valley School. Chad liked music, especially Elvis; he enjoyed the beach, Pirate Games and Phipps Conservatory. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Thursday 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Anne Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Friday morning at 9:30. Internment will be private. If desired, memorials may be made to Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children, the Allegheny Valley School or Make-A-Wish Foundation.
