Charles Edward Lockhart

70, of Canonsburg, formerly of Pittsburgh, on Thursday January 8, 2015. Beloved son of the late Harold E. and Charlotte Fishel Lockhart; father of Melissa Kowalkowski (Robert); brother of Carole Hopkins, Patricia Barus, Barbara Lockhart, David Lockhart (Raye), Larry Lockhart (Margie) and the late Charlotte Woods; also survived by 3 grandsons and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Charles served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Golden Living Canonsburg for the loving care they gave to Charles over the past 15 years. Friends may call at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on TUESDAY morning from 10:30 until service time at 11:30. Private interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
