Margaret M. "Gretchen" Kaminski

Age 67, peacefully in her sleep, on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Gretchen was born on April 21, 1949 in Oakridge, TN. She was a loving mother with a passion for the church. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her through any struggles and ultimately gave her peace. Gretchen loved the arts. She had an amazing singing voice and was a beautiful writer and painter. She also loved to crochet and play chess. Loving mother of Stephanie (Myk) Gillespie of Hollis, NH; Robert (Heather) Kaminski of Pittsburgh; and Matthew (Caitlin) Bermingham of Jersey City, NJ; grandmother of Zaven and Avedis. She will be missed dearly by Mary Harwick and all of the loving and supportive members of the Mt Lebanon Presbyterian Church. Friends will be welcomed in the Parlor of Mt. Lebanon Presbyterian Church, 255 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on Sunday from 1:30 until time of Service in the Main Sanctuary at 3:00 o’clock. Guests will be invited to stay and celebrate Gretchen's life with refreshments following the service. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Gretchen's life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Sperry Cameron Horne Fund, c/o MLEPC, 255 Washington Road, Pittsburgh PA 15216.
