Age 88, of  Scott Township, on Friday, October 21, 2016. Wife for 64 years of the late Jacob Richard Kowiatek; loving mother of Richard (Joanne) Kowiatek, Bruce (Vicky) Kowiatek and the late Denise Muenster; sister of Dolores Tardio; aunt of Linda; great aunt of Jessica; cousin of Sonny Tardio; Evelyn was a resident at Kane Scott Township and an avid bingo player. The family wishes to thank the staff’s at  Kane and St. Clair Hospital for there care. Friends will be welcomed at LAUGHLIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, MONDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
