It was our privilege to get to know Hazel at Good Shepherd Church. She was warm, sweet, encouraging, and such a delight. I will miss her.

Dear Nestor Family and Friends,
It has been my privilege and delight to get to know Hazel over this past year or so. So quickly and sweetly she entered my life and just as quickly left. I enjoyed spending time with Hazel. We became girlfriends and discovered that we share a family connection and a deep and abiding Love for and faith in JESUS CHRIST, our Savior and LORD. I am grateful, deeply grateful to know that my friend and your family member and friend is presently and eternally in Paradise with GOD and will most certainly get to see her in Glory where we'll get to Worship our FATHER, enjoy intimate fellowship with JESUS and revel in HIS HOLY SPIRIT forever.
My sympathies to you all who have been separated from this lovely, gracious, generous and kind lady. I pray you will all be reunited with her one day in Glory.
Thank you LORD for the bright light YOU allowed us share with YOU. We call her Hazel. And YOU called her Home. I'll miss you very much my sister-friend.

Hazel attended our church, Good Shepherd, for over a year, and was loved by everyone she met. I came to know her through Hilda and Margie, who were close to her. She invited me to lunch a few weeks ago, and we had a wonderful time together. We had several things in common. We both liked to sew, we both liked to watch to the Gaither Homecoming program, especially Guy Penrod, and we were both the same age. She was a wonderful woman, and she will be missed by the members of our church. She is rejoicing in Heaven with her Lord. Mildred Wicks
