Janet G. (MIller) White

Age 76, of Mount Lebanon, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Beloved wife for 46 years of the late Richard J. White; devoted mother of Laura White of Pittsburgh and Rebecca (Tedd) Krol of Duncansville, PA; loving “Nunny” of Elizabeth, Jacob and Adam Sorgi; T.J. and Aaron Krol; great-grandmother of Jaxon; sister of Charles E. Miller, Michele Miller-Morton (Everette) and the late James W. Miller; best friend and sister in law of Mary Ann White; also survived by nieces and nephews. Janet retired from Wesley Institute (formerly Highland Youth Services) after 35 years, during which time she touched many hearts. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Memorial Chapel, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Monday from 2:00 until 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Winifred Church, Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will be private. If desired, memorials may be made to the Church at 550 Sleepy Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
