Pastor Pedersen
Along with thousands of others, of every age and circumstance, I was blessed to be moved, encouraged, and bouyed by the strong and constant Christian witness of Norma; a witness which literally sang to the glory of God with melodies which will forever sound in our hearts. Her faith is now fulfilled and we are comforted by entrusting Norma into the loving arms of the redeeming God Who has shepherded her all her days and now has led Norma home.

My sincere condolences to the Thoms family with the loss of their beloved mother Norma. I was blessed to know Norma for twenty-five years through Mt. Lebanon LC, where we shared countless hours working on Christian education - Sunday School, Advent pageants, Bible Study curriculums, the church library, and vacation bible school. Her passion for Christ was contagious. Not only did she arrive at the church office with a smile, she glowed in her color co-ordinated outfit for the day. A true lady and a woman of Faith. She will be greatly missed and may her legacy live on through all the lives she touched.

A tireless volunteer to Christian education and church music during the years I knew her in Pittsburgh, Norma was a model of never growing old, only older.
